How to order

Since Cahan products are custom-made for each customer, our sales representatives will work hand in hand with you to design, price, and manage your window and door order from start to finish.

To get started, contact Cahan European Window at (425) 289-0062. A sales representative will set up a time to meet with you to evaluate your window and door needs. Options, measurements, designs and pricing will be discussed. (Alternately, architectural plans for your home or office can be sent to Cahan for review.)

After the initial meeting, the Cahan representative will draw up an estimate and set of specifications and generate a purchase agreement. A 50% deposit is required with the signed purchase agreement. Then, our manufacturer will create CAD drawings to reflect the size, configuration, wood species, and color choices of your windows/doors. Once the drawings are approved, the units are built and shipped to their final destination. Your windows will be delivered to you approximately fourteen weeks after your order is placed.

For installation, you may choose to use your own contractor, or Cahan will provide a list of recommended contractors.
